The WINGS program at the Family Counselling Centre of Brant, Inc. is designed to help women who are survivors of emotional, physical and/or sexual abuse. It helps women:
- Grow in their understanding of their right to be physically and emotionally safe
- Build self-esteem

Flying together in Healthy Relationships
Goal: To provide information that will empower them to make healthy relationship choices.
To support survivors of abuse in past relationships in their efforts to build healthy relationships in the present.
Our goal is to assist women who have experienced childhood sexual abuse to move forward from feeling like they are "surviving", to vision or experience a sense of "thriving".

Is there a fee for receiving help from the WINGS program?
Both individual and group counselling in the WINGS program are offered free of charge to the participants.
The WINGS program is a program of the Family Counselling Centre of Brant, Inc. and is funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services.
Will I have to wait long to receive help?
All clients in the WINGS program will receive service quickly.
How can I find out when groups and workshops will be offered?
Is there counselling available to help my children too?
YES! In addition to offering the WINGS program, the Family Counselling Centre of Brant, Inc. provides counselling free of charge to people under the age of 18 who have witnessed abuse or who have been abused themselves.
