The Family Counselling Centre of Brant, Inc. is an accredited, non-profit social service agency that, in partnership with the community, promotes the well being of individuals and families through the provision of information, support and counselling.

We are seeking an enthusiastic clinical manager with the vision, skills and leadership style to develop and expand our counselling and employee assistance services. As a member of the Management Team, you will lead a team of experienced clinicians, plan and oversee program development and evaluation, initiate and maintain clinical policies and procedures, and promote the counselling services through community collaboration.

The successful candidate will have a Masters degree in social work/equivalent membership in the College of Social Work or other regulatory body, five (5) years clinical supervisory and program management experience and the entrepreneurial skills to direct the delivery of our Employee Assistance Program.

Knowledge and practice of various counselling approaches, strong organizational, communication and analytical skills are essential.
